"Cyber Safety" - Parent Information Evening

·         Wednesday 22nd November 

·         6pm free meal - hamburgers and refreshments

·         6.45pm Presentation

·         For all school parents, for all children in years 4-7, + creche available for F-3 students

·         For catering purposes RSVP's are due tomorrow morning Tuesday 21/11/17

Muffins for Recess Thursday 23rd November 2017

·         Orders forms due back tomorrow Tuesday 21/11/17

·         Chocolate, Vanilla or Gluten Free single muffins for recess @ $2

·         Trays of 6 muffins @ $9 or single muffins @ $2 to order for after school collection

·         Thanks Carers Group 

 

Steve's Ride for sick kids @ RMH

·         Steve Cleland and his team of bike riders will be at St Jakobi Lyndoch Lutheran School on Friday 24/11/17 between 12.30-2pm

·         Our year 3 students are going there to congratulate and welcome them back from their weeks ride.

 

Lyndoch Road Crossing Monitors

·         Attached is the new roster for weeks 6 to 9.  Students rostered are to arrive on time for their duty.

Swimming Lessons - next week Monday 27/11/17 to Friday 1/12/17 (for F-Yr 5 students)

·         If you have not yet returned the consent / medical forms or made payment, please do so tomorrow Tuesday 21/11/17

·         Students can wear their swimwear to school under their school uniform.  (Either sport or formal uniform can be worn for the week  - whichever is best for your child to change in and out of).

·         Remember to pack the towel and dry underwear in a plastic bag. 

·         For those with asthma please remember to pack your Ventolin if it is not kept at school. 

·         Times of classes are:

9:30am to10:10am               Yr 1 Jones/Manning

9.30am to 10.30am              Yr 5 Tiller, Yr 5 Freund

10:30am to 11:10am            Yr 1 Roberts

10.30am to 11.30am            Yr 3 Clark, Yr 3 Newton/Rollings

11.30am to 12.30pm            Yr 4 Davies, Yr 4 Lytwyn

11.10am to 11.50am            Foundation Wain

11.50am to 12.30pm            Foundation Gehling

12.30pm to 1.10pm              Yr 2 Treasure, Yr 2 Lord & Foundation Pfeiffer

·         Parents are asked not to attend on the first 2 days. 

  

End of 2017 Year  - for your diaries: 

·         Thursday 14th December is the last day of Term 4.  The formal End of Year and Graduation Service will be held at 2.00pm on this day.   All students will be involved some way.   Parents, family and friends are welcome to attend too.   Normal dismissal time is 3.30pm. 

·         The Year 7 Celebration / Social Night  will be held on Thursday 14th December starting at 6.30pm.  This will involve only Year 7's, their families and staff and there will be a dinner provided
