Here is a quick update of Senior Unit thoughts.
Concert
Concert is big on the agenda at the moment as we start to pull the loose threads together and put things into action. By now roles have been worked out and discussion on costumes has been had.
While part of the aim in the Senior Unit is to keep things simple we are also looking for some items to support our concert. If you are able to help with any of the items it would be greatly appreciated.
Prop Needs
Large card for making items
A fridge box (has anyone just bought a fridge??)
Costume Needs
Golf Hat type hat see picture
Viking type helmets
Swords
Laurel wreath (green) Roman head gear.
There may be more to come but talk about concert costume needs with each other.
Library Competition
Last week students competed in a Book Week competition run by the Gawler Libraries. This week our winning team will be competing against other schools at the Evanston Gardens Library in a Book Week Trivia competition. This happening on Wednesday morning at 9.30 and we wish them all the best.
Book Week/Dress up
This week is Dress up for Book Week. We look forward to seeing what the Senior Unit is coming as on Thursday and hope everyone can get into the spirit of the event. Details about the morning can be found in the Whole School update.
That's all for now but keep checking back.
I'm Here but hidden really well.
Clue: What did the chicken say the the librarian?
