Senior Unit Update Week 1 Term 4

Welcome back to term 4. It is going to a busy term as we head to the end of the year with many things going on. Here is a run down of what is happening.

Exhibition
The Exhibition is in full swing and the Year 7's are hard at work inquiring and investigating into their topics. It has been great to see groups and mentors working together and being provided time to do this. As we continue to work on Exhibition we will let you in on the topics.

Year 6's
The Year 6's have a busy term ahead. As we adapt to changing learning spaces due to Exhibition we look forward to working together as a year 6 group. Moving towards being leaders in the school there is opportunity for Year 6's to lead in different ways in the Senior Unit and the school.

Maths
This term in Maths the Year 6's will be looking at a range of different topics and investigating into them. Here is a quick rundown of what we will be looking at.
- Units of Measurement - with focus on length, mass, volume and capacity
- Decimals
- Angles
- Transformation and Symmetry with focus on coordinate planes.
These are all interesting topics in which we can inquire into this term.

Uniforms
Just a reminder to be wearing the correct uniform to school. Tuesday and Thursday are formal uniform days. If unable to wear correct please have a note or email us to let us know.

Hats
