Volunteer Training for parents - Valuing Safe Communities
· This Wednesday 1st November 2.30pm or 6.30pm in the staffroom with Daryl. Please RSVP to the office.
· This training is required for parents wanting to help on excursions, camps and specific volunteering jobs at our school.
Worship and Praise Friday 3/11/17 - with special guest Steven Wilksch Principal of Faith College Tanunda.
· Following this there will be an informal information session (and a coffee) for parents to hear about the process for Year 7's commencing at Faith in 2019. All welcome.
Friday Electives - Term 4 Week 3 & 4 / Week 5 & 6
· If any parent has an interest to help with an elective group for our students - please let Daryl know ASAP either for this 2 week block or the next.
2018 Planning
· If you have any matters about your child for us to consider as we plan class groupings for 2018 please email darylt@ilsg.sa.edu.au byFriday 3rd November.
· If your child is not returning to Immanuel next year please provide the Principal with a courtesy written note ASAP
Junior Youth Group - for students in year 5, 6 & 7 with Emma Lange.
· This Friday 3/11/17 after school 4pm - 5.30pm in Mr Semmler's room
Gawler Village Fair and Rotary Club Art Exhibition
· Come visit our schools stall at the Fair this Saturday 4th November 9am - 2pm at Pioneer Park.
· Students can take their Art Items direct to the Rotary Club of Gawler stand by 9am where it will be judged.
2017 Year 7 Exhibition
· Wednesday 8th November 6.30 to 8pm – Senior Unit Building.
· All parents / friends welcome to come and view this spectacular exhibition
Disco Night - Friday 10th November
· Junior Primary (Found, Years 1,2 & 3): 6.00 -7.00pm
· Senior Primary (Year 4,5,6 & 7): 7.45pm to 9.00pm
· Tickets are $4 / student - registration forms going home today
· Parent Volunteers needed to help on the night. Please let us know ASAP.
End of 2017 Year - for your diaries:
· Thursday 14th December is the last day of Term 4. The formal End of Year and Graduation Service will be held at 2.00pm on this day. All students will be involved some way. Parents, family and friends are welcome to attend too. Normal dismissal time is 3.30pm.
· The Year 7 Celebration / Social Night will be held on Thursday 14th December starting at 6.30pm. This will involve only Year 7's, their families and staff and there will be a dinner provided
